Keep in mind that at this point I was 14! Things kept growing and growing and growing. I went to every coin show in our area in search of inventory. Even this proved to not be enough. Taking the train to Minot, ND December 12, 2024. By 15, I was traveling around the U. On my own to source inventory at shows. But within a year, I was hitting as many as ten shows a month. A typical trip might mean Alabama one day, New Jersey the next, or Denver one weekend and Omaha by train the next day. Once again, you all surpassed expectations, fueling even more growth and travel. It is not uncommon for me to have 50 to 100 orders in a day! To keep up with this demand, I now attend over 100 coin shows a year sourcing inventory from across the United States. A typical week might look like a show in Arkansas on Friday, Seattle on Saturday, and Cincinnati on Sunday. I do this while going to college full-time at Michigan Tech, and juggling a few other business ventures too. It’s a lot! What began as a childhood hobby has grown into a full-fledged business that still carries the same excitement I felt when I first opened that old Lincoln Cent folder.
