Disagreement with the grade of an NGC or PCGS certified coin is not a valid reason for a return. On occasion the tracking does not update at all. Your carrier does not scan the letter when delivered as they would a Ground Advantage or Priority Package. If you see it says delivered and it has not then please be patient as it will probably be delivered later that day or in the next few days. So if you think it is lost you need to ask your carrier to look for it. I can provide an image of the letter to aid in locating your letter if you contact me. This image will help the carrier remember seeing the letter or not. If the carrier doesn’t remember seeing it then it most likely is still at your post office or at the last sort facility.
